By purchasing, downloading, or using GrowMaster ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

Intended Use

GrowMaster is designed for:

• Licensed medical cannabis patients in legal jurisdictions
• Legal caregivers cultivating cannabis for registered patients
• Small-scale home growers in areas where personal cultivation is legal
• Veterans with PTSD or qualifying conditions using cannabis as part of their treatment

Compliance Responsibility

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring that your use of this Application complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

• Cannabis cultivation laws and regulations
• Medical cannabis program requirements
• Caregiver registration and compliance
• Plant count limits and possession limits
• Home grow regulations

No Medical Advice

GrowMaster does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice. Information about cannabis strains, effects, and medicinal applications is for educational purposes only. Consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GrowMaster on any device you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GROWMASTER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Application will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Nutrient calculations or recommendations will produce optimal results
• Strain information is accurate or current
• Any harvest results or yields will be achieved

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any legal issues, fines, or penalties arising from your use of the Application
• Any crop failure, plant death, or loss of yield
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any decisions made based on information from the Application
• Any loss of data stored locally on your device

Risk Assumption

You acknowledge that cannabis cultivation involves inherent risks including but not limited to legal risks, crop failure, pest infestation, environmental damage, and personal injury. You assume all risks associated with using this Application.

Privacy

All data in GrowMaster is stored locally on your device. We collect minimal information (email and license key) for purchase fulfillment only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Updates

We may update the Application at any time. Updates may change features, functionality, or remove content. We are not obligated to provide continued support for previous versions.

Termination

Your license to use GrowMaster remains in effect unless terminated. We may revoke licenses for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate legal channels.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
